Waterfest Door Prize: Car Giveaway Rules:

Each Waterfest ticket, whether bought online or at the gate, will include a door prize form that will be distributed to you when you arrive at the track. Each door prize form needs to be filled out and dropped off at any Waterfest t-shirt booth by the times posted on the form.

10 semi-finalists shall be awarded keys that could start the giveaway car.

Only 1 key will start the car.

5 Semi-finalists shall be called at 3PM on Saturday;

5 Semi-finalists shall be called at 1PM on Sunday.

Semi-finalists shall be randomly drawn by Waterfest staff and must be present within 2 minutes of their name being called, at which point a replacement name shall be drawn.

All Saturday and Sunday semi-finalists must be present at Sunday’s finale ceremony at 2:00PM on the drag race track to be eligible to win.

Saturday semi-finalists shall be given complimentary entry into Sunday’s ceremony.

All semi-finalists must be verified by photo identification. All 10 semi-finalists must be present at 2:00PM at the drag race track on Sunday to determine the winner of the car.

In the event that a semi-finalist is not present within 2 minutes of the finale car giveaway ceremony commencement, said entry shall be considered null and void, and the contest shall proceed without a replacement for their entry.

The semi-finalist with the 1 key that starts the car shall be the grand prize winner.

Winner must be 18 years of age or older. Winner shall be responsible for any taxes or title fees due.

No warranty shall be given on this vehicle. Winner must be present to receive prize.

Winner shall release and hold harmless World Volkswagen, Waterfest Shows Inc, Atco Dragway and any other sponsors of this contest for any damages or costs incurred or associated with the winning of this car.

World Volkswagen,Waterfest Shows Inc. or Atco Dragway staff are not eligible to win.
