Welcome
to our on-line registration system for Show Car Event
Participants.
Please read the following, then follow the link at the
bottom of the page to register!
This year there will be four class levels of cars:
STOCK – Almost no modifications
MOD 1 – Some modifications
MOD 2 – More modifications
SUPERMODIFIED – extremely modified (defined
below)
Here is the way the registration system works:
- You
will be asked to create an account by entering a login
name and a password. The login must be your email
address. You now have an account. You can now continue
the process and log in and give the information about
you and your car. You will then be asked to choose
from a list of modifications. The amount and
complexity of modifications, that your car has,
determines which class level your car is in. See below
for what determines Supermodified.
- You
will be able to login anytime before June 19th
and add,
subtract and change modifications. After this date you
will no longer be able to edit your modifications, and
your car will be classified. On, or about June 30th we
will send out your registration package.
- Payment
will be collected on-line by the use of a credit card.
You are not registered until you complete the payment
process.
-
There will be NO REFUNDS after June 19th.
-
Registration and/or Placards are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
PLEASE NOTE:
- You
can register for one other event, but you must
register for the Show Car event first. You will also
not be able to leave the show car area for the other
event until your car has been judged. We will try to
get dual-event cars judged early.
- Your
car cannot be a display car in a vendor booth and be
judged as a show car.
- Supermodified
– To a large degree, making the determination
that a car is supermodified is like judging a picture
to determine if it is a major work of art. You look at
it and you can tell. There are two ways that your car
can be classified Supermodified. The first way is that
you make the decision that that your car is
supermodified. This means you consider that your car
has been altered radically, i.e. stretched, made into
4 wheel drive, gullwing doors, mid-engine, etc.
Supermodified usually involves cutting and welding.
The second way a being classified supermodified is by
having a large amount (and complexity) of
modifications. This latter method will be done by
reviewing the list of mods you have checked-off on the
entry form.
Frequently
Asked Questions:
Q.
What if I don’t find a modification on the list of
modifications?
A. Double check that it is not called by a different name.
If you still can’t find it, write your modification in
the box that says “describe other modifications”.
Allow 3 working days, and then log back into to your
registration and see if your modification has been added.
If it has not, email us
and bring it to our attention. CLICK
