DEADLINES FOR PRE-REGISTRATION: |
Event Registration will also be available on the days of
the show, however it is subject to availability.
Welcome to the Exhibition Area.
Please read the following, then follow the link at the bottom of the page to register!
The Exhibition Area is for those who
wish to show off their ride without having to be judged,
race, or compete in the sound off competition. Since there are no
assigned spots in the Exhibition Area, Club members and
friends may park together. It is a nice place to park where
everyone can see your car. You are welcome to display
trophies or specifications of your car or just hang out.
The
Exhibition Ticket includes the driver’s
admission. Additional passengers in the car must
purchase General Admission tickets at the gate.
Pre-registration
for the Exhibition Area ends on July 4th, 2003 (see top
of page). You
can still join the Exhibition Area on the day of the show as
long as tickets are still available, but no club discounts
will apply.
The
price for the Exhibition Area is $20 on Saturday and $30.00
on Sunday. This price only applies for registration
on-line. Anyone registering over the telephone pays an
additional $10
Club Members:
Members
of Waterfest authorized clubs, who Pre-Register will
only pay $15.00 on Saturday and $25 on Sunday.
Authorized clubs are listed on a pull-down menu of the
on-line registration form.
If a member fails to list the club when they register, they will not receive the discount. There will be NO retroactive discounts. There will be no refunds for any reason. This offer is only good for the Exhibition Area.
If you belong to a club that is listed, but the form did not give you a discount, please contact your club and ask them to send us a new list with your name on it. When they have done this, login again to your Waterfest® account, go to the participant profile, check the spelling of your name, verify you selected the correct club again, hit submit and look at the new confirmation page to see if the discount is given.
If
your club would like to be listed, is VW-Audi related, has
at least 20 members and has
its
own website, please have a club officer contact us.
Here is the way the registration system works:
- You will be asked to create an account by entering a login name and a password. The login must be your email address. You now have an account. You can now continue the process and log in and give the information about you and your car..
- You will be able to login anytime before June 19th and add, subtract and change anything on your account. After this date you will no longer be able to edit your account. Payment will be collected on-line by the use of a credit card. You are not registered until you complete the payment process.
- If you have any questions or encounter any problems, please email us We will get back to you within two business day (hopefully sooner)
- The Pre-registration fee includes admission for the driver. Any passengers will have to pay the general admission fee at the gate.
- There will be NO REFUNDS after June 19th.
- Registration and/or Placards are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
